What are your operating hours?
We're open Thursday through Sunday, from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

Is the art activation accessible for individuals with disabilities?
Yes, the installation is designed to be fully wheelchair accessible. However, please note that it includes sensory elements such as lighting effects, loud noises, various smells, and areas with low lighting, which may affect individuals with certain sensitivities.

Are bags allowed?
Please keep all personal items with you, as our staff is unable to monitor or store personal belongings. Please note, backpacks (even if they are backpack purses), and large bags are not allowed in the art activation. Weapons of any kind are not permitted.

Is there food available on-site?
While we don't offer food or refreshments on-site (save for special taste activations), there are numerous dining options within a short walk from us. Exploring the local eateries is part of the fun!

Is this activity exclusively for adults?
Not at all! Visitors of all ages are welcome to enjoy the experience.

Can I leave my child to explore on their own?
For safety reasons, children must be supervised by a parent or caregiver at all times. Our staff cannot assume responsibility for unsupervised children. Strollers are welcome, but young children may not be carried on shoulders.

Can I take photos or videos?
Feel free to capture memories for personal use during your visit, as long as it doesn’t disrupt others and remains noncommercial. For any photography intended for publication, please contact our Marketing Department for approval.

Where can I park?

What are the safety measures regarding COVID-19?
Masks and vaccinations are encouraged, but not required. Employees are recommended to be vaccinated, though it’s not mandatory.
